Grandmaster Suk Ku Kim is a martial artist from South Korea who founded the Taekuk Musul combat system. His distinctive style represents a blending of traditional Korean fighting techniques. Taekuk Musul encompasses striking, grappling, acrobatics, pressure point manipulation, weapons-use, and more. Kim himself is a ninth degree black belt. In the past, he has trained Korean soldiers and police officers in the art of hand-to-hand combat. He now lives in the Sacramento area and currently teaches Taekuk Musul at the ARC Martial Arts Room at UC Davis.
